We took the top off the Kia. Loaded up Maddie and Rupert and went for a drive. I wanted to go to the trail head for the PCT. I had noticed two hikers a few days ago. I would’ve given them a ride but didn’t know exactly where the trail head was.
To our surprise when we got to the trail head there was a hiker hitching a ride into town. We drove him in to the campground at the airport. There were two hikers there slready and we saw one walking towards the campground.
The plan is to try to be as helpful as we can to get them through that ten mile stretch from/to the trail head.
